Product Overview:
The concrete Type 1 Catch Basin is an efficient underground drainage solution, specifically designed to collect and temporarily store excess water, such as runoff from streets, parking lots, and other surfaces. It effectively mitigates soil erosion and flooding by regulating water run-off from heavy rainfall, snow melt, and other forms of precipitation, as well as managing any potential groundwater infiltration in the area. Constructed of durable and long-lasting concrete, it is able to withstand exposure to harsh weather conditions and provide reliable performance over time. This catch basin also features knockouts, pre-formed holes in the side of the basin, which can be easily removed to create additional inlets or outlets, allowing for greater flexibility in the installation and configuration of the catch basin, and allows it to be customized to suit the specific needs of the project.
