Product Overview:

1400–gallon water tank is a single compartment, 2–piece tank (top and bottom half). One of the main advantages of a concrete water tank is its durability and long lifespan. Concrete is a strong and long–lasting material that can withstand the elements and resist damage from water and other contaminants. This water tank is ideal for irrigation, fire protection, and as a source of drinking water.

Our standard 1400–gallon water tank has been designed to accommodate most needs. We keep the standard tank in stock but you also have the option to design your own custom tank. In order to begin the custom tank manufacturing process, we will need a diagram of the pipe placements and a deposit. When these requirements are met, you will be placed on production schedule.

For custom orders the following requirements must be met:

A non-refundable deposit to secure the sale of the product.
A diagram of the pipe placements and sizes (Pipe fee included up to 5 fittings).
Specification on the diagram of any desired features or additions, such as flanges or concrete covers on the top of the tank.

Does Bonner Concrete Products do onsite work?

We deliver and set the tanks in the hole, but we do not prep the site or install plumbing to the tanks. Contact the office for referral information if you will need help with the onsite work and need help finding a contractor.

Is there a deposit for these tanks?

No deposit is required for our standard design water tank. However, if you are going with a custom design, there is a $1000 non-refundable deposit.

Should I grout the seam of the water tank?

You will need to grout the seam of the 1400 water tank. Once the tank is set, grout the seam with hydraulic cement.

How do I maintain a concrete water tank?

To maintain a concrete water tank, it is important to regularly inspect the tank. The tank should be cleaned regularly to remove any dirt or debris that could enter the tank.

How long does a concrete water tank last?

Concrete water tanks are known for their durability and long lifespan. With proper maintenance, a concrete water tank can last for decades.

Do I need to backfill this tank right away?

This will depend on your conditions. Concrete tanks can float. It is recommended that you fill with 2’ of water to hold the tank in place if you are not planning to backfill immediately.

Can we drive over the tank after it is installed?

We do not recommend anything larger than a riding lawnmower.

What is the maximum amount of soil cover over the tank?

3’ is the max bury on the 1400 water tank and 2’ on the 2500 water tank.

Limited Warranty Policy
Bonner Concrete Products Inc.

Scope of Warranty:
Bonner Concrete Products Inc. warrants its pre-cast concrete products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery or installation, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty Terms

What Is Covered:
This warranty applies solely to defects arising from the manufacturing process, including:

Structural integrity issues due to improper curing or material inconsistencies.
Cracks, chips, or other defects resulting directly from manufacturing errors.

What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation.
Wear and tear due to normal usage, weathering, or environmental conditions.
Issues resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or alteration.
Structural failures or damage caused by non-compliance with local building codes or installation instructions.
Damage from external factors, such as seismic activity, flooding, or other natural disasters.
Costs associated with excavation, removal, or reinstallation of defective products.

Warranty Claims Process:

Notify Bonner Concrete Products Inc. in writing within 30 days of discovering a defect. Include:
- Description of the defect.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or delivery receipt).
- Photos documenting the issue.
Upon receipt of your claim, we may require an on-site inspection or request additional evidence to verify the defect.
If approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.

Limitations of Liability:

The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, excavation, removal, reinstallation, lost profits, or delays.
Bonner Concrete Products Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product. If the original product is no longer available, a comparable substitute may be provided.

Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of Idaho.
