Product Overview:
The 80″ Flat Concrete Lid is designed to offer a secure barrier against water, debris, and other contaminants for underground utilities. Engineered with reinforced concrete for enhanced durability and longevity, this lid features a built-in 24” manhole that balances convenience and surface integrity. The lid is equipped with built-in rebar handles for easy installation and anchoring.

Mastic (Product #5400), Concrete risers (Product #3000, #3020, #3030, #3031, #3040), 30” concrete lid (Product #3160), and Steel lid with ring (Product #3300, #3305, #3310, #3320). Another option is to convert to plastic riser and lid with our 4” concrete riser with a poured in Orenco flange (Product #3050), 24” Green ribbed riser (Product #5150), and 24” Plastic lid (Product #5120).

Scope of Warranty:
Bonner Concrete Products Inc. warrants its pre-cast concrete products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery or installation, whichever comes first.
Limited Warranty Terms
What Is Covered:
This warranty applies solely to defects arising from the manufacturing process, including:
- Structural integrity issues due to improper curing or material inconsistencies.
- Cracks, chips, or other defects resulting directly from manufacturing errors.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation.
- Wear and tear due to normal usage, weathering, or environmental conditions.
- Issues resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or alteration.
- Structural failures or damage caused by non-compliance with local building codes or installation instructions.
- Damage from external factors, such as seismic activity, flooding, or other natural disasters.
- Costs associated with excavation, removal, or reinstallation of defective products.
Warranty Claims Process:
- Notify Bonner Concrete Products Inc. in writing within 30 days of discovering a defect. Include:
- Description of the defect.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or delivery receipt).
- Photos documenting the issue.
- Upon receipt of your claim, we may require an on-site inspection or request additional evidence to verify the defect.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
Limitations of Liability:
- The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, excavation, removal, reinstallation, lost profits, or delays.
- Bonner Concrete Products Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product. If the original product is no longer available, a comparable substitute may be provided.
Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of Idaho.
